How do you open these all glass carts to refill them? It is not happening for me. Thought unscrew the mouthpiece but it's not happening. Any tricks to this? A selling point was how these are reusable.
A:
The two most recent sets of cart strains are not refillable but the previous are. We stopped using the refillable carts because too many people were opening them from the bottom and spilling the oil.
