Arete is raising the bar on customer appreciation and loyalty, introducing the re-imagined Arete Rewards Program that better recognizes and rewards its community.

In concert with the launch of its new website, Arete.shop is excited to announce the rollout of its restructured and rebuilt Rewards Program. The new program is designed to increase loyalty and satisfaction by giving customers more value and flexibility, as well as exclusive perks.

The refreshed Arete Rewards Program continues to be structured around four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Emerald. The perks for each tier scale up as customers increase their annual spend. Members earn one point for every dollar spent, and then have twelve months to use them. Each customer’s tier is reviewed at key milestones to ensure the program's benefits align with their participation.

The key highlights:

1. Four-tiered structure – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Emerald.
2. Expanded perks that increase in value at each level.
3. Stronger Earning Power – Bonus multipliers and event bonuses make points add up faster.
4. Fewer restrictions – Only products on sale will be excluded from Rewards Points redemption.
5. Birthdays and Other Bonuses – Extra points to celebrate milestones and achievements.
6. Many Ways to Earn – Points for reviews, referrals, social engagement, and more.
7. Points expire after 12 months - This encourages customers to remain engaged and active.

Added Bonus: Legacy Points

As an added bonus, Rewards Points earned via the previous site and system are being carried forward. The Legacy Points will be kept separate from the New Points; while each type will have a dedicated set of redemption rules and limitations. Best of all, customers will be able to redeem both Legacy Points and New Points on any given order. That is, Arete is moving forward with a new points system for Arete Rewards for new purchases going forward, but Arete is also extending the customers' accumulated points equity from the legacy system.
