Our headquarters and east coast operations is in Asheville North Carolina and our west coast operations is in Henderson Nevada.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, we have a $1000 minimum order amount.

Are these products legal?
All the products we sell are federally compliant under the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 sections 10113-10114 and all our products contain less than .3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis, but we do recommend you reach out to your attorney to find out about your local state laws, if you don’t have an attorney and are unsure of your local laws please feel free to reach out to our attorney Rod Kight. Do you ship to all 50 states?
We currently ship to every state besides Alaska, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Missouri, New Jersey, South Carolina and Utah.
Do you sell your flower prepackaged and labeled ready for sale?
Although we are mainly a bulk supplier, we do offer packaged flower ready for sale in 3.5g and 7g options, only available in the following states AL, MO, NV, NH, NC, OK, TX, VT, WV, and WY. Our other packaged products and bulk options are available nationwide except Alaska and Hawaii, you are responsible to understand your local state laws.
Is Arete a manufacturer or distributor?
Both! We manufacture the majority of our products, and we distribute as well. We have over 1600 retailers nationwide.
Does your flower have pesticides or chemicals used in the growing process?
No! All our flower is grown using organic growing practices.

Yes, you can find the link to the lab reports on all the product pages.
Payment
How do I view my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you from Quickbooks within a couple minutes of placing the order. You can also view your invoice in your invoice dashboard.
How much time do I have to pay my invoice?
Your invoice will automatically be voided in 7 days as we cannot hold the product for you any longer than that.
What do I do if my invoice was voided and I still need the product?
Simply make a new order and pay it right away.
Do you accept credit cards?
No, we don’t, and we do not plan on it for wholesale transactions.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept ZELLE, wire transfer, and certified check.
Where can I find the payment instructions?
All payment instructions are on the bottom of the emailed invoice
Do you accept payment terms?
All payments must be made in full prior us shipping your package.
Can I return an item?
No, all sales are final.
Shipping
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders UPS Next Day Air, signature required.
Are your packages shipped discreetly?
Our packages are 100% smell proof and discreet!
What if a package gets lost or stolen during shipping?
All packages are fully insured and will be replaced within 14 days.
What does the shipping cost?
This slightly varies based on where you live but an average cost is $47.62 per lb for our fully insured shipping service.
How long does it take to process an order?
We ship packages in the order the payment hits our account. For example, if you place an order today but don’t pay the invoice for two days, your order won’t go into our shipping queue until the payment hits our bank account, at that point we have a 2-5 business day processing time before we overnight you the package. For fastest delivery please make the payment quickly after you place the order.
