"Knowledge is power," and an informed Arete customer is an empowered Arete customer. Please join us in creating the most empowered customer community in the cannabis industry.

When we launched our new website earlier this year, we promised that the new platform would enable us to deliver a new experience and benefits. Today, we make good on that promise, and we announce that SMS + Push Notifications are now available.

Of course, this is not the end of fulfilling that promise. Rather, it's the latest step forward in the process of improving the experience that is Arete.shop.

What we'll be rolling out in the coming weeks

Personalized - Receive notifications based on your favorite products and categories.

Insider Information - Receive notifications for early access to limited drops, restocks, exclusive releases, and Rewards bonuses.

Peace of Mind - Receive notifications on order delivery updates, for both National shipments, and local 1 Hour delivery.

Convenience - Receive notifications based on your shopping habits, as well as a streamlined process for reordering your favorites.

And More - As we grow into this new capability, we'll be listening to you for input and suggestions.

All these are pushed directly to you via Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or SMS.

Here's how you can opt-in.

We couldn't make this easier for you if we tried.

This is the number the text will come from (743) 210-8237, so you know it's us and not spam.

You've got four options:

  1. If you added your phone number to your Arete account, you're already opted-in! You can choose to opt-out.
  2. Use this link: https://lab.alpineiq.com/join/c/5091/111676
  3. You can text "JOIN" to the following number: (618) 356-4296
  4. Opt-in at checkout after a purchase on our site

We recommend using the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet option. The reasons being SMS/Texts are subject to carrier censorship and blocking. SMS/Texts are also not secure (i.e., they are not encrypted).
