Danksgiving Cash Prize Giveaway 2024

We want to dank you with a Danksgiving Cash Prize Giveaway. There will be 10 Lucky Winners. All Cash Prizes!

Each order placed on Arete.shop between November 27th and December 2nd, 2024, will receive a free entry to a live drawing. Live Drawing on Arete Fire Club Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 4:20 PM ET.

Rules & Eligibility

Eligibility

1. To be eligible, you must place an order on Arete.shop between Wednesday, November 27, and Monday, December 2, 2024.
2. Each order will receive a free ticket to the live drawing.
3. One Entry per Person.
4. You must have an active Arete Fire Club account. https://discord.gg/aretefireclub.
5. Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.

Prize Claim

1. To claim your prize, you must be logged in to your Arete Fire Club [https://www.discord.gg/aretefireclub] account.
2. Prizes will be awarded to the first ten winners drawn during the live event on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 4:20 PM ET.
3. If you are not present during the live event please see section below titled Forfeiture Clause

1. Grand Prize: $4,000
2. 2nd Prize: $2,000
3. 3rd Prize: $1,000
4. 4th Prize: $750
5. 5th Prize: $500
6. 6th Prize: $500

8. 8th Prize: $250

Winners

1. If you are awarded a prize of $600 or more, we will need to issue you a W9 tax form.
2. No prizes shall be awarded unless W9 has been submitted.
3. You will be issued a 1099 to comply with tax code.
4. Full name, address, and your social security number (SSN) will be required
5. This form reports the amount of the prize to the IRS.
6. We will return a copy of your 1099-MISC form on or before January 31st, 2025.

Forfeiture Clause

1. Winners are not required to be present during the live drawing event on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 4:20 PM ET.
2. If you're not present, you will have 4:20 PM ET the following day to claim your prize.
3. For unclaimed prizes, a final re-drawing will take place live on Friday 13 December 2024 at approx 8.30 PM ET on AFC. Winners will have approx 24 hours - until 8.30 PM ET the following day - to claim their prizes on AFC. After that, the contest will be considered over and done.
4. You must claim your winnings on Arete Fire Club (https://discord.gg/aretefireclub). No exceptions, sorry.
